Step 3: Surround yourself with people you enjoy and respect.

Step 4: Take breaks and schedule holidays.

Step 5: Be creative in your business. Take risks from time to time and try something new.

Step 6: Socialize with others in your industry and make new friends.

Step 7: Be silly every once in a while, and let your employees do the same.

Step 8: Consider employing a trainer or coach to show you and your employees how to keep positive and have fun, or run fun events for your staff.
