Cleaning Doctor David Gamble Recruits His Son

Cleaning Doctor David Gamble, Newry,Banbridge and South Down, was so impressed with the Cleaning Doctor franchise system that he recruited his son, David Jason Gamble, as a franchisee for Lisburn and Mid Down. Father and son run Cleaning Doctor carpet, curtain and upholstery franchises in separate territories but combine efforts for bigger jobs.

Cleaning Doctor Allan Brown achieves his "Before 50 Goal"

Hi William

I was in Knoydart and no signal...

This weekend was a long wanted goal before my 50th birthday. Ladhar Bheinn (pronounced LAR VENN). Boat in, as no roads into Knoydart, and 8 mile walk to base of mountain, 3,000 feet up to top (3,300 feet) at the summit a half mile ridge 2,000 foot drop either side,  then back down and 8 miles walk out. 10 hours, 4.5 litres of water drunk, all sweated out. Since January I've lost 2.5 stones, 4 inches off my waistline, all my suits, jackets and jeans are falling off me, as are the green trousers you gave me in January . How goes your diet?  

(Regretfully, Willaim Little's diet has not gone as well)
